April 22nd is Chinatown Business Improvement District’s (BID) inaugural Spring Cleaning Day. Flowers are blooming, so let’s get business booming by beautifying Chinatown. Come together with your friends and family to revitalize our community.

Position 1: Cleaning Ambassador

Chinatown is looking to hire someone with energy, responsibility, knows maintenance/repair, can work alone and full time outdoor in the position of cleaning ambassador. Please call 718-222-4549

Position 2: Cleaning Team Manager
Downtown Manhattan is looking to hire full time, someone with leadership and managerial skills to lead cleaning teams. Must be bilingual and know Cantonese and English. 718-222-4549

The annual meeting will review the accomplish-ments of the B.I.D. over the past year, discuss plans for 2016, elect board officers and directors, and review FY15 financial information.

This meeting is open to the general public, but only registered members may vote at the meeting. Please visit our new office location at 217 Park Row, Suite 9, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, before January 25, 2016, to register and be able to vote at the meeting. Selection Criteria:

1. Individuals must demonstrate past – or future planned – support of the Chinatown BID’s mission, programs, and goals.

2. Individuals must be ready, willing and able to make contributions and leverage personal and professional relationships to achieve the BID’s mission and its effective governance.

3. Individuals must be ready, willing and able to actively serve on the Board and its committees and attend its official functions.

4. Individuals have demonstrated leadership abilities and communication skills.
