Cool Off in Chinatown at Summer Refreshing Weekend
Join Chinatown BID and Chinatown Partnership for a free afternoon of outdoor fun at Summer Refreshing Weekend in Chinatown on Saturday, August 29!
Families, neighborhood residents, and visitors are invited to enjoy water activities, bouncy castles, jianzi shuttlecock kicking, giveaways, and more family-friendly programming. New York Jianzi Club will be on hand to introduce participants of all ages to the traditional game of jianzi.
Presented as part of NYC Open Streets with Street Lab, this event is a great opportunity to cool off, get active, and spend a summer afternoon with the Chinatown community.
