The Rising Dragon Award

Chinatown Social/Eddie Chan

Chinatown Social started as a clothing brand inspired by the energy, history, and culture of New York City’s Chinatown. Over time, it’s grown into something more of a community-driven platform focused on uplifting the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. Their goal is simple: to celebrate culture, support local AAPI-owned small businesses, and create space for connection and pride. They host events that bring people together, highlight local talent, and keep the spirit of Chinatown alive and thriving.

“A portion of proceeds from every clothing drop and event goes toward nonprofits that support AAPI causes like education, the arts, and cultural preservation. Chinatown Social isn’t just about what we wear – it’s about who we are, where we come from, and where we’re going. We’re here to give back to the community that raised us and help ensure Chinatown’s legacy continues for future generations.”–Eddie Chan, Founder of Chinatown Social.
