This legal presentation with Legal Aid Society will provide small business owners with a clear understanding of the essential legal documents required after forming a business entity, such as a LLC or corporation.
Participants will learn about key materials that establish and verify business ownership, including operating agreements, bylaws, and ownership structures as well as other critical post-formation requirements. The session will be hybrid, and in person attendance will occur at Chinatown Manpower (CMP).

This is a hybrid session with in-person and virtual options. You will receive the details needed to join within 48 hours before the scheduled start time. To receive these details, you MUST register beforehand.
