Good Cause Eviction Workshop

Join the Chinatown Partnership and Chinatown Community Landtrust (CCLT) next Friday 12/19/25, starting 3:30PM at 49 Madison Street, for an educational “Learn Your Rights” workshop on the good cause eviction, a bill passed last year focusing on eviction and rent rights.

After the workshop, volunteers will assist attendee with applications on Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) and Disability Rent Increase Exemption (DRIE).
