Train the Trainer: Navigating COVID-19 Resources for Community Leaders

During these unprecedented times, small businesses in New York City need help more than ever. As a community leader, learn how you can partner with the New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to help spread the word about free resources available to help start up and operating businesses. This session will cover how to use the NYC Business Portal, a one-stop online tool to help businesses. Topics will also include:

  • New York State Reopening and Operating Guidelines
  • Open Streets / Open Restaurants program guidance
  • City, State and Federal loan and grant programs
  • Legal and Rent Relief Assistance
  • How to access PPE and other supplies through our online marketplace
