Mental Health Basics and How to Cope with Stress

Virtual workshop about mental health and managing stress, featuring Assistant Director of Mental Health Chi-Kit Ho and Licensed Master Social Worker Xiaoyan Fei of the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. Learn to identify causes of stress and recognize unhealthy reactions to stressors, as well as how to cope with stress in a positive manner. The workshop will be conducted in Mandarin.
