Opened a century ago, Nom Wah is New York’s first and oldest dim sum restaurant, holding a special place in the city’s culinary history. Today, Nom Wah has become a testament to upholding old-school traditions of Chinese cuisine while introducing modern riffs on Chinese-American classics.
Chef Julie and the team at Nom Wah have put together a one-of-a-kind dumpling kit with a signature combo that’s been around for decades – flavorful chicken and cabbage enclosed in a wheat wrapper.
