Brought to you by Latham & Watkins LLP, the workshop focuses on the general corporate matters entrepreneurs should be aware of when they start a business. We focus on entity selection, including the differences between each entity type, the formation process, and economic, governance, and tax considerations.

Additionally, we take a deep dive into limited liability (i.e., when the entrepreneur is personally protected from liability, but more importantly, when they aren’t). Through the presentation, we give the entrepreneurs tools to use to ensure they are protected as best as possible in instances where they don’t have automatic limited liability.
